LACASA Center is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing general office support by implementing an administrative system of procedures and policies, preparing reports, maintaining appropriate filing systems, and monitoring administrative projects.

This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, a pleasant and professional demeanor, and the willingness to work with volunteers and administrative staff to ensure that multiple services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and two years of office management experience.  Desired skills include financial reporting, supply management, inventory control, problem-solving abilities, and administrative writing.  Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Bookkeeping experience and knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
