Light Up Livingston County

Shine the Light on domestic violence by displaying purple lights at your workplace or residence in October, which is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Our county-wide campaign invites area businesses and homeowners to show support for local abuse victims and to send a message to abusers that we won’t tolerate domestic violence in our community.

Residents and businesses may purchase purple lights for a nominal donation at LACASA Center, 2895 W. Grand River Ave, Howell or LACASA Collection, 120 W. Highland Rd, Kroger Plaza, Howell. A complementary cause poster accompanies the lights.

Available for Purchase:

  • Purple string lights
  • Purple lamp post bulbs
  • Lanterns with purple light

For more information about LACASA’s Purple Light Nights® campaign and materials, contact our Community Education Department at 517-548-1350 or email commed@lacasacenter.org.
