Learning opportunity for adults with disabilities
The Navigating Healthy Relationships series is a FREE, virtual 23-week learning opportunity for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This fun and engaging series teaches participants how to live fuller lives by building healthy relationships, developing healthy sexuality, and becoming self-advocates.
Participants will also learn to identify unhealthy or abusive relationships and recognize sexual assault/abuse.
Classes are free and registration is required. You must be 18 or older to attend. Please note that this series is not for parents or caregivers of adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
The Navigating Healthy Relationships program is a collaborative effort between LACASA, The Arc Livingston and Cleary University.
