Shining Stars! ~ We had so much fun honoring our volunteers this week. They dedicate their time, energy and talents in a myriad of ways to help victims and survivors of abuse from our community.
Registration is open for our Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Volunteer Training Program, which begins September 11, 2018.
We have a variety of opportunities for you to work on the floor or behind the scenes. Scheduling is flexible. You can choose morning, afternoon or evening shifts on weekdays or weekends.
Our CASA program is part of the national Court Appointed Special Advocates for children organization. CASA volunteers are ordinary citizens, specially trained and appointed by Family Court judges.
Volunteers are the backbone of LACASA and help us in a variety of ways.
