May 20th ~ Join Us for an International Musical Experience! Detroit Indian Women’s Association joins hands with Shanti World Music to present a rare musical experience to benefit abuse victims and survivors at LACASA Center.
Classes begin April 6 ~ Fathers, step-fathers and male role models meet for 8-weeks to discuss parenting challenges and ways to form positive family bonds.
LACASA Center’s CAP (Child Abuse Prevention) Council and the Great Start Collaborative are asking Livingston County residents to consider who is a Champion for Children in our community. We are accepting nominations for the Champion for Children award through March 20.
Beginning March 28 ~ This 8-week, award-winning program teaches parents about empathy, appropriate expectations, and positive discipline.
We invite you to be a hero for a vulnerable child from our community. Mix and mingle with celebrities and golf for good on June 26, 2023
The 2023 grant contribution will directly benefit local domestic violence victims and survivors who are living in LACASA’s Crisis Shelter or Transitional Supportive Housing units.
